This project consists of a new 950 student elementary school for DeKalb County Schools, located at 4680 Chamblee-Dunwoody Rd., Dunwoody, GA 30338. The building is 3-stories, steel frame with masonry infill and includes 61 instructional units, cafetorium, kitchen, media center, gymnasium, administration areas, outdoor classroom/ courtyard, playground, playfield and parking/ drives for bus drop-off, parent drop-off and 116 car parking spaces.
