Jon Ellis
PROJECT MANAGER, LEED AP
John is very familiar with working in all styles of architecture. He as been involved in all aspects of architectural services including programming, project design, construction documentation and construction administration. John is an excellent listener and interactive participant with successful results in exceeding project expectations. John is also trained as a landscape architect. As a well rounded Architect he brings knowledge and problem solving skills to every project assignment.
Teri Huling
PROJECT MANAGER, AIA, NCARB
Teri is a dedicated team member at CGLS Architects, Inc. with over 15 years of experience. Whether working on small scope projects, assembly renovations or full church relocation projects her talents lie Master Planning, Historic Preservation, Historic Renovation/Rehabilitation, Programming and Conceptual Design. However it is her ability to connect with clients and work with them to cooperatively define each project’s unique objectives that have proven invaluable for any architectural project.
Harry Morgan
PROJECT MANAGER, AIA, NCARB
Mr. Morgan has over 30 years of architectural design experience with an emphasis on Hospitality, Commercial, and Industrial Manufacturing. His experience has given him the opportunity to learn the process of
development in areas of high density Residential, high end Business, and high volume Industrial/Manufacturing work. His work in his career has given him the opportunity to consult with Architectural firms in a number of different building types.
Marian Reeves
PROJECT MANAGER/CA
RA, NCARB,LEED AP
Mary has over fourteen years of hands-on experience in all phases of the design/construction industry, including total project development responsibility from preliminary design to project closeout. As a Project Manager, Ms. Reeves can direct the project design team and function as the prime
contact with the General Contractor’s construction team to insure project nd contract scope of work in the contract documents. Ms. Reeves has worked on projects with construction costs in excess of $60,000,000.
She can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any project.
Eugene Rush

Mr. Rush has over thirty years of hands-on experience in all phases of the A/E and D/B construction industry, including total project development from preliminary design to project closeout. As a Project Manager, Mr. Rush directs the project design team and functions as the prime focal point with the construction entity to insure project and scope of work in the contract documents. Mr. Rush has worked on projects with construction costs in excess of $30M. He can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any project.
Robert Sussenbach

As a founder and principal of CGLS Architects, Inc., Robert S. Sussenbach has developed expertise in the areas of program and project management, quality control, construction specifications, product and materials selection, construction techniques, and specialty applications. In his extensive and varied architectural practice, Bob has gained a broad knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction for both new and renovation projects. His experience with specific building types includes educational buildings, churches, golf country clubs, public assembly and athletic facilities. Invaluable to the CGLS team, Bob insures that all of our projects reach their greatest potential.
Becky Tyson
VICE PRESIDENT/PRINCIPAL
AIA, NCARB
Becky brings over two decades of design expertise, primarily in educational and hospitality facilities. As an experienced project manager and construction administrator, she possesses the knowledge and personal skills to bring your project to a successful completion smoothly, on time and in budget. She has been with CGLS since their inception in 1994 and has worked closely with Bob Sussenbach on all aspects of school design throughout her years with this firm. She is an essential part of the design team.
Mi Wang
PROJECT ARCHITECT
In addition to extensive experience in a wide variety of building types involving all phases of architecture, Mi is dexterous and conversant in using 3D software for architectural renderings, animation and graphic design.
Frankie Ware
INTERIOR DESIGNER
CIDQ, IDEC, IIDA
Ms. Ware brings over 30 years of interior design and programming experience to the firm. She adds a new sense of color and space to the projects that she handles and has a great rapport with our clients enabling them to express their needs through three-dimensional interior design.
Jon Watts
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Jon focuses primarily on educational projects, but he is also actively involved in feasibility studies, program management, design development, contract document production, and construction administration of many other projects. John is skillful with various 3D software and Adobe products.
Samantha Williams
PROJECT MANAGER
AIA, NCARB
Samantha has 8 years of experience working in the field of architecture at CGLS. Working in the education studio, she works directly under the supervision of Becky Tyson and Bob Sussenbach. Her design experiences focus primarily in educational facilities, in addition to religious and hospitality facilities. Projects vary from new facilities to additions and renovations.
Michael Williamson
VICE PRESIDENT/PRINCIPAL

Mike Williamson is a seasoned and skilled architect who successfully oversees projects of varying complexity and unique designs. Mike is knowledgeable about all aspects of architecture and is particularly adept at overall project management, specification oversight, and contract administration. With his strong interpersonal skills, Mike works well with his clients, co-workers and project consultants to ensure clear and accurate project team communication. As a leader, he provides thoughtful direction and thorough design review. His experience encompasses a broad range of project types including: education, performing arts, museums, churches, hotels, conference centers, country clubs, and historic restoration projects.
